  1. How long does order processing take?
    Your order should be processed within 1-2 days during off-peak seasons.
  2. What are your shipping options?
    We currently only ship within the United States and ship UPS and USPS with the following methods:
    Economy
    - $7.95 or FREE with purchase over $75 before tax.
    - Average 5-8 business days.
    - Can ship to PO Box.
    Standard
    - Starts at $9.95 and is determined by your order size and location.
    - 3-4 business days.
    - Your estimated delivery date and cost will be provided prior to checkout.
    Express
    - Starts at $34.95 and is determined by your order size and location.
    - 1-2 business days.
    - Your estimated delivery date and cost will be provided prior to checkout.
    - Can NOT ship to PO Box.
  3. How can I track my order?
    We will send you an email with tracking information when your order ships.
  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we don’t ship internationally, but it’s in our future plans!
  5. What if my order arrives damaged?

Returns/Exchanges

  2. How do I make a return?
    Send an email to returns@aliceprin.com to begin the return process. Please view our Return Policy for eligible product information.
  3. How long will it take for my return to be processed?
    Returns and exchanges will be processed within two weeks of us receiving your returned items.
  4. How do I cancel/modify an order?Please email us at hello@aliceprin.com to adjust or cancel your order immediately. If your order has been processed or shipped, you will not be able to cancel or modify.

    We accept all major credit cards and ShopPay.
  2. Do you offer any payment plans?We currently do not offer payment plans. Sorry for the inconvenience!

  2. What are your business hours?
    We are available between 8am - 4pm PST.
  • How do I know what size I am?
    First things first, your lingerie size is NOT your clothing size. To find your most accurate fit, measure yourself to find your bust, waist and hip measurements.

    Here’s a guide on how to find those sizes, you just need a soft tape measure:

    Bust: Measure across the fullest part of the breasts, keeping the back level with the front. This is NOT your bra size.

    Waist: Measure below the ribcage and above your bellybutton at your natural waistline. Do NOT suck in your stomach, as this will give you an incorrect measurement.

    Hips: Measure across the fullest part of the pelvis, keeping the back level with the front.  Measure in front of a mirror to ensure the measurement is level.

    Sizing varies by brand, so it’s best to check the size chart on each product page. You can view the size charts by clicking “Size Chart” underneath the “Add to Cart” button.
