Return Policy

We offer returns and/or exchanges for store credit only within the first 15 days of receiving your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered store credit and/or an exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
  • Items that arrive not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts/incomplete due to manufacturer error are eligible for return or exchange.
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or are the incorrect size.
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for store credit. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from returns, unless physical product is unopened in original packaging:

  • Gift cards
  • Legwear
  • Underwear
  • Sex toys
  • Lubricants and enhancements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to the email you provided, within two weeks of approval.

Late or missing store credit:

  • If you have not received your store credit yet, first check your spam folders.
  • If you have done this and you still have not received your store credit, please contact us at returns@aliceprin.com.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Send an email to returns@aliceprin.com to receive the shipping address for your return.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs,
  • including the cost of shipping the replacement item. You will be invoiced prior to shipping. 
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you have not received an email notifying you that we’ve received your returned item within four weeks of shipment, please contact us at returns@aliceprin.com.
